What time do we arrive at the Fitcamp?
Guests are asked to arrive, before 10 am on the first day, as the retreat officially begins at 10:00am. Airport pickup will be scheduled for the morning of between 7:00am and 9:00am
Is there free time during the Fitcamp?
Yes. Each day includes time for rest, reflection, or simply enjoying the land.
How many people will be on the Fitcamp
Our retreats are intentionally small and intimate, with a max of 6 participants and as few as 1 participant plus our facilitators. This creates a close-knit environment where you’ll receive personalized attention, foster deep connections with fellow guests, and experience a more focused and relaxed retreat.
Do I need to be in great shape to attend?
