At Farmyard Fitcamp our programs are designed to help you lose weight, regain strength, and rebuild a relationship with your body—without all the fluff, pressure, or fake motivation.

We guide you through simple, natural methods that actually work:

What We Do:

Each morning, you’ll build strength and conditioning with functional, farm‑inspired training. Afternoons are dedicated to hands‑on skills like archery, wood chopping, and wilderness proficiency — making you as adept with an axe or a bow as you are with a kettlebell. Evenings focus on recovery rituals: sauna, cold plunge, communal meals, and quiet moments by the fire.

Founder, Coach & Recovering Burnout Survivor

Hey—I’m Dan, a fellow homesteader and holistic health coach.

A few years ago, I hit a wall. I was dealing with chronic inflammation, rosacea, and gut issues that doctors couldn’t fix. Add a car accident on top of that, and my health—and life—started to spiral. I tried everything. Pills. Protocols. More appointments than I can count.
Nothing worked… until I went back to nature.

I began moving differently. I fixed my food. I studied everything I could on how to heal naturally. I built my strength back—right here on the land. And over time, I watched the weight drop, my skin clear up, and my energy return.

That journey turned into a mission. And now? I’ve created Farmyard Fitcamp to help others do the same
