I'm not very fit and I'm concerned I might not be able to keep up with the group. Am I still able to join the course?

Absolutely. After you complete the initial health and fitness assessment, we’ll create a personalized exercise plan that matches your current fitness level. As you move through the program, our team will monitor your progress and adjust the intensity to suit your needs. You’re never alone in the process—our professionals are always available to support you, answer any concerns, and ensure the program works for your individual goals and any specific needs.

Are solo travelers safe / welcome?

Absolutely. Solo travelers are not only welcome—they’re common! The Farmyard Fitness Retreat is designed to foster connection, community, and support. Many participants come on their own and leave with new friendships and a sense of belonging.

What activities are part of the program?

The program includes a mix of guided activities designed to support physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. These may include movement sessions (like mobility, strength, or functional training), sauna and cold plunge experiences, breathwork, nature walks, and group wellness workshops. Everything is tailored to be accessible, with adjustments made based on your fitness level.

Will this help me maintain long-term weight loss

Absolutely. We offer ongoing support after the retreat to help you continue your progress, stay motivated, and maintain the lifestyle changes you’ve started. You’re not doing this alone.”

What time do we arrive at the retreat?

Guests are asked to arrive on Monday morning, before 12 noon, as the retreat officially begins later that afternoon. Airport pickup will be scheduled for Monday morning before 10 am. 

Is there free time during the retreat?

Yes. Each day includes time for rest, reflection, or simply enjoying the land. Optional guided hikes and wellness sessions are available during downtime.

How many people will be on the retreat?

Our retreats are intentionally small and intimate, with a max of 6 participants and as few as 1 participant plus our facilitators. This creates a close-knit environment where you’ll receive personalized attention, foster deep connections with fellow guests, and experience a more focused and relaxed retreat. 

Do I need to be in great shape to attend?

Not at all. This retreat is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re just starting your health journey or already active, we adapt the movement and recovery sessions to suit all fitness levels

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes for movement, a swimsuit for sauna/cold plunge and weather-appropriate layers. 

Is there accommodation available?

Yes. We offer cozy on-site accommodations with flush toilets and modern showers. 

Can this be booked as a private or team retreat?

Yes! We offer private sessions for friend groups, corporate teams, or wellness circles. Just reach out to us with your preferred dates.

Sauna & Cold Plunge + Venik Treatment with Jenny

Indulge in a rejuvenating sauna session, followed by an invigorating cold plunge. Afterward, experience a Venik treatment—a traditional Russian banya ritual where fresh birch or oak twigs are used to gently massage and invigorate the body, improving circulation and releasing toxins.
